Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Salesforce System Administrator to help us develop and improve our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including Salesforce Field Service. They will assist in implementing the program, designing best practice solutions, and providing training to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce platform
  • Design and drive best practice solutions
  • Provide training and support to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business operations
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce administration
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service
  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in a technical discipline
  • Salesforce certification preferred
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing end-user support
  • Exceptional project management skills
Physical Demands
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
  • The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary
