Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, develop, and maintain digital and print assets in accordance with communication strategies and goals, best practices, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and develop innovative visual designs for logos, banners, social graphics, print materials, environmental graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and coordinate design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the institution's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand marketing goals and objectives, and partner with other Marketing department colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements:

  • Related degree and 3+ years of graphic and brand design experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design sense and the ability to tell stories through design.
  • Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience in website design, including updating WordPress sites.
  • Exceptional time, organizational, and project management skills.
