We are seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to support the implementation of our Child Welfare training modules. This role requires a strong understanding of the CWIS functionality and the ability to develop and deliver effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze CWIS functionality to design and develop classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses.
- Work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, and the Development Team to understand requirements and design training materials.
- Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts to support training development.
- Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees who oversee and administer Child Welfare programs in the CWIS.
This position requires a strong background in training and development, with experience in analyzing complex systems and developing effective training solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Statewide travel up to 30% of the time is required for this position, which may include some evenings and weekend days.
