NC FAST P4 Change Management Expert

As a key member of our team at Moten Tate, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled NC FAST P4 Change Management Expert to support the implementation of NC FAST Child Welfare (Project 4) modules. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of policy subject matter expertise regarding Child Welfare Services programs and the functionality of NC FAST.

The selected individual will work closely with county departments of social services to provide on-site support for NC FAST users as they learn the NC FAST Case Management System. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in change management, policy, and NC FAST functionality to effectively assist counties with the transition to the new system.

Key responsibilities of the role include guiding new users in correct navigation and entering of case data, using excellent written and verbal skills to coach and communicate information, and escalating issues to management as needed. The NC FAST P4 Change Management Expert will also coordinate with other NC FAST Business Teams and project team members to troubleshoot, replicate, and report errors and/or unexpected outcomes within the system.

Travel is a requirement of this role, with extensive statewide travel expected up to 70% of the time. This may include some evenings and weekend days. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to the state's protocol for submitting expenses after travel.
