STINE INDEPENDENT SALES AGENT

Position Overview:

Stine Seed Company, a privately-owned and expanding national seed firm, is seeking an Independent Sales Agent to oversee Lincoln County in the North Platte area.

This role presents a remarkable chance for professional and financial advancement with one of the most esteemed companies in the corn and soybean seed sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within the designated territory.

Acquire and maintain comprehensive agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed offerings relevant to the assigned area.

Manage current dealer accounts and attract new dealerships to enhance sales.

Communicate and execute Stine's sales initiatives and policies within the territory to achieve district sales objectives.

Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in the territory.

Build and strengthen relationships with customers and potential clients, either directly or through a designated seller.



Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of agricultural experience, including prior roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate challenges are required.

Proven success in dealer development and retention is necessary.

Candidates should exhibit initiative and the capacity to work independently to achieve set goals.

Preference will be given to those who have a proven track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values, and achieving desired outcomes.
