Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Community Wellness Partners is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance our operational team. The successful candidate will be tasked with executing maintenance and repair duties across our facilities, which encompass plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, refrigeration, gardening, and electrical systems.

  • Monitors and maintains machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Dismantles and repairs devices as needed, including lubrication and cleaning tasks.
  • Interprets blueprints and technical drawings for maintenance projects.
  • Tests and operates fire alarm systems and emergency power generators.
  • Utilizes various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Conducts Preventive Maintenance and maintains accurate documentation.
  • Clears snow and maintains outdoor areas.
  • Assists with waste management and recycling efforts.
  • Participates in safety training and adheres to safety regulations.
  • Collaborates efficiently with supervisors and team members.

Work Environment:

  • Engages in a variety of physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Interacts with diverse individuals and communicates effectively.
  • May require flexibility in working hours and participation in training programs.
