Position: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Department: Facilities Management

Reports to: Facilities Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend duties as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute repair and upkeep tasks including carpentry, HVAC systems, plumbing, and painting
  • Assist with substantial manual labor, such as relocating furniture and equipment
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance at various agency locations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
  • Address emergency situations as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in facility maintenance
  • Fundamental knowledge of household power tools
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy objects
  • Clean driving history and dependable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Wage: $19-$22
