We are currently in search of a Facilities Maintenance Manager to supervise a large-scale affordable housing community. This role involves:

  • Leading a dedicated team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
  • Collaborating with external vendors for maintenance services.
  • Developing and managing budgets, along with explaining monthly financial variances.
  • Acquiring necessary materials for various maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinating work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conducting inspections of residential units.
  • Performing hands-on maintenance and overseeing unit turnovers.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonuses

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in apartment maintenance is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to manage a physically demanding workload.

Military experience is a plus
