Job Summary

Threshold Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Utility Worker to join our team at our Scotts Valley, CA headquarters. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in various manufacturing processes, including mixing, drying, milling, sanitation, and shipping of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with plant sanitation, including sweeping, washing, and emptying waste containers
  • Meet all safety expectations, including wearing required personal protective equipment and following safe practices
  • Work in a team environment and assist others as needed
  • Maintain good housekeeping and sanitation standards
  • Cross-train in all aspects of high-speed manufacturing
  • Clean equipment using current sanitation practices
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative in day-to-day decision making
  • Punctual and reliable in work attendance
  • Ability to read and write legibly in English
  • Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules, including weekends
  • Previous work experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds
  • High attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
