Utility Worker S-Lap Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Utility Worker S-Lap to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manually spherical lap inner diameters to planning instructions or drawing requirements using a conventional drill press.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a conventional drill press with precision and accuracy, following lead's instructions.
- Make necessary machine adjustments, such as simple time and pressure corrections, to maintain part target size.
- Understand and apply basic machining measurements for stock removal.
- Measure parts with a caliper and check threads with a thread gage.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to meet cell objectives.
- Communicate process information back to the lead for process improvement.
- Perform tasks that require sitting and standing frequently throughout the shift, including walking between work areas.
- Lift at least 25 lbs, with assistance for heavier loads.
- Be safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Contribute to improving cell processes and work collaboratively as a team player.
- Work effectively in a high-paced, active environment.
