As the Strategic Technology Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our technology architecture vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy and Design:
Formulate intricate IT solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as hybrid cloud environments, container orchestration, and microservices. Develop and uphold enterprise architecture blueprints and strategic roadmaps that align with both business and technological objectives. Design technology frameworks that drive business performance and profitability. Advocate for architecture standards and practices that fulfill enterprise-wide non-functional requirements. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders across diverse teams to collaboratively tackle business challenges. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that technology implementations are in sync with business strategies. Communicate effectively with management and team members to support informed decision-making. - Operational Excellence:
Guarantee that the designed solutions are dependable, efficient, and secure. Create methodologies for compliant architecture, including data management and automation. Conduct assessments of architecture and perform quality assurance reviews of technology. - Strategic Analysis and Implementation:
Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing, redesigning, and executing process enhancements. Evaluate the implications of technological changes on business operations and propose solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assess and design IT infrastructure to meet current and future business demands.
Who You Are
You have a proven track record of successfully transitioning from traditional systems to microservices architectures, particularly in eCommerce domains. You possess expertise in designing scalable cloud-native architectures using microservices, especially within relevant ecosystems. Your experience includes driving digital transformations through the integration of data science and automation tools in multi-cloud settings. You have actively contributed to open-source initiatives and have overseen the development of consumer-facing applications, particularly in financial services. You are adept in Agile methodologies, facilitating rapid and effective solution delivery in complex IT environments.
Education and Experience
You bring over 15 years of progressive technology experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a strategic architectural role.
