Job Title: Customer Service Representative

CSL Plasma is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our donor center staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for donors, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of donor data, including medical history and donation information.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient donor flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three (3) months' work experience, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
  • Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
  • Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation.
  • Occasionally perform tasks while standing and walking up to 100% of time.
  • Reach, bend, kneel, and have high level of manual dexterity.
  • Occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Frequently exposed to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and to blood-borne pathogens.
  • Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks or in certain areas.
  • Required to work overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs.
