About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Service Representative to join our team at Everon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive security solutions to commercial clients, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote our security solutions, including products, labor, and services, to commercial clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Utilize approved marketing materials to present sales proposals and demonstrate the value proposition of our security solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects and bids in a timely manner to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a strong understanding of our security solutions, including fire alarm, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, and low-voltage systems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in high-volume sales and a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of the construction contracting environment and ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NICET Level II or above certification in fire alarm systems.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Normal office/field environment. Must be able to work extended hours to support timelines, construction sites, and customers' facilities.
