Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth in target markets through effective product promotion and customer engagement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Germany and internationally, including on-site visits to establish strong customer relationships
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal departments and customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Develop, submit, and follow up on tailored offers, track customer sales development, and create data-driven statistics to inform sales strategies
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives in the sales area, leveraging both German and English language skills
  • Contribute to the identification of new sales opportunities and conduct customer needs analysis to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Completed degree or technical/commercial education
  • Several years of sales experience preferred, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
  • Strong technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on goal-oriented work and high levels of personal responsibility
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel
