Strategic Paid Media Director

Caring.com is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Paid Media to lead our paid media initiatives and drive business growth.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive paid media strategy, managing a multimillion-dollar budget, and leading a team of paid media professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the paid search and paid social landscape, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with Caring.com's overall marketing and business objectives.
- Manage a multimillion-dollar paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Lead a team of paid media professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in paid media, with at least 3 years in a managerial role and a heavy emphasis on paid search.
- Proven track record of success in managing profit-driven performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Demonstrated familiarity with paid social advertising on Meta.
- Experience managing a multimillion-dollar annual budget.
