Regional Account Director

Indivior PLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue within assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth and revenue within assigned accounts
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- 5+ years of experience in field sales with a pharmaceutical or medical device company
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
