About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Ignite Human Capital. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, managing complaints, and escalating issues as needed.
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in effective interpersonal interactions. You will collaborate with management on HR policies, processes, and systems, and assist team members in resolving issues and conflicts through investigation and mediation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
