About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Security Specialist to join our team at ECS Limited's Vandenberg, CA office. As an ISSE, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our platform and mission software against cyber threats and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development teams to bake security measures and protocols into every aspect of the platform.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards for the platform and mission software.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure that security is integrated into every aspect of the platform.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in information security.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and technologies, including encryption, access control, and identity management.
  • Experience with cloud security and zero-trust architectures.
