Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Perham Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and establish treatment plans for patients in accordance with best practice and evidence-based standards.
  • Provide care for both long-term care residents and pediatric patients, adapting treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each population.
  • Document patient evaluations, plans of care, and treatment provided, maintaining accurate records according to ASHA standards.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, staff, and family members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Educate patients and establish effective home programs to promote ongoing care and support.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota.
  • Ability to treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
  • Prefer pediatric, long-term care, and inpatient experience.
