Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement treatment plans for patients with communication disorders, adhering to best practices and evidence-based standards.
  • Collaborate with our current SLP to enhance services and meet the unique needs of our patients and community.
  • Document patient evaluations, plans of care, and treatment provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Educate patients and families on effective communication strategies and home programs.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota.
  • Ability to treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
  • Prefer experience in pediatric, long-term care, and inpatient settings.
