Job Overview

Treasured Memories is seeking a compassionate and skilled Funeral Planner to assist families in planning pre-arranged funeral services.


Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
Job Responsibilities
  • Providing Supportive Guidance: Offer empathetic and professional consultation to families during difficult times.
  • Maintaining Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Treasured Memories' services and products to effectively support clients.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective consultation and service.
  • Daily Reporting: Report daily activities, sales, and client interactions to the manager.
  • Industry Stays: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Licenses: Funeral Directors license and Insurance license are required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Client Empathy: Ability to empathize with and support clients during difficult times.
