Position Overview:

As an Electrical Cost Estimator specializing in solar energy, energy storage systems, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass project oversight and financial estimation, where you will assess project specifications, generate precise cost forecasts, and engage with various stakeholders to guarantee the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project documentation to formulate accurate cost projections.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain essential quotes.
  • Employ estimation software to enhance the bidding process.
  • Work in tandem with project teams to strategize and implement electrical initiatives.
  • Propose cost-effective solutions and alternatives.
  • Draft comprehensive bid submissions for projects.
  • Engage with clients regarding bid proposals.
  • Participate in site evaluations as necessary.
  • Occasional travel to project locations may be required (approximately 10%).

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of background checks and drug tests.
