Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
