Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses in the Operating Room
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage as needed
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire
- 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
