RN Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our nursing staff.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
