Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our Neurovascular team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing plans of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
  • Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient care delivery
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
