Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at Dynamic Service Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain health and safety records and reports as required by regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and health within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in health and safety regulations.
  • OSHA 511 certification preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required, Spanish is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under strict deadlines and fast-paced working environments.
