Assistant Manager Opportunity at Hobby Lobby

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Hobby Lobby. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Trustworthy and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Previous work experience in retail or a related field
  • Some previous management experience preferred
