We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Somerby Peachtree City. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and sanitation.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food service
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Collaborate with the dietician to ensure compliance with nutritional standards and therapeutic diets
  • Manage inventory and supplies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff members
Requirements:
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training
  • Serve safe certificate
  • Must possess a valid food handler's permit
  • At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume, high-end food service environment (hotel/resort).
