About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team at APFSC. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales from various media sources, including online advertising and lead generation campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch and demonstrate our financial solutions.
  • Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
  • Use our CRM system to convert aged leads through email and follow-up calls.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Track all sales activities and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of our financial services.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Outstanding telephone etiquette skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
