Position: Wealth Management Consultant

Role Overview
  • Guide and support fellow advisors in managing client relationships and engagements.
  • Assess client portfolios by analyzing investment goals, risk appetite, financial standing, and investment experience.
  • Implement investment strategies and planning tasks, including portfolio rebalancing, tax optimization, and educational funding.
  • Provide ongoing service to client accounts by coordinating administrative duties such as monitoring asset transfers and preparing performance reports.
  • Engage with clients through calls to address inquiries regarding their accounts, investment markets, and financial planning.
  • Assist in crafting comprehensive financial plans using advanced planning tools and present findings to clients.
  • Continuously monitor client investments, evaluate performance, and recommend adjustments to portfolios as necessary.
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed.
  • Develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with clients' legal and financial advisors as required.
  • Enhance knowledge of various financial planning areas, including tax strategies, insurance, and philanthropic planning.
  • Pursue professional growth through additional certifications and engage in training and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in wealth management or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who embraces change and new ideas.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Dependable and committed to fulfilling responsibilities.
  • Integrity and a proactive approach to professional development.
  • Experience in team leadership is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and financial planning software is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
