Position Objectives
- Lead and oversee creative strategy for projects of varying scales, utilizing strategy, digital and brand design, engaging content, and technology.
- Coordinate, guide, and evaluate the creative team's output in the execution of all web, print, and digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Communicate project details clearly and consistently with stakeholders, project teams, and external partners.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency leadership to establish and advance organizational vision, operational strategy, and staffing requirements.
- Oversee the design and execution of creative deliverables that align with marketing strategies, support client organizational objectives and relevant KPIs, and effectively conduct brand workshops to inspire and inform creative direction.
- Prioritize tasks and resources across projects based on immediate and long-term needs, establishing production timelines in partnership with designers, copywriters, and project management teams.
- Craft creative briefs and steer creative direction to fulfill objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Engage with clients and internal marketing and client success teams to develop marketing strategies, assess outcomes, and identify growth opportunities.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions with the creative team, fostering strategic and innovative thinking to create actionable and fiscally responsible creative initiatives.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams on brand initiatives.
- Review and approve creative work produced by the team, ensuring deliverables effectively address marketing objectives and challenges.
- Present or supervise the presentation of final concepts and secure approvals for deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to other creative staff to enhance internal capabilities and performance over time.

Qualifications
- Current portfolio submitted with your application
- Preferred: 8+ years in a design leadership capacity
- Preferred: 6+ years of agency leadership experience
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Demonstrated experience in relevant areas, including digital marketing, email, and web design.
Starting Base Pay
- $80,000 - $115,000 based on experience
