  • Inventory Management: Possess basic knowledge of inventory management systems and store equipment.
Essential Job Skills:
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Reading and Interpretation: Read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Mathematical Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to accurately process transactions and manage inventory.
Prior Experience:

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but not required. We are committed to providing training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

A valid driver's license and fleet safety certification are required for this position.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include walking, standing, talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers to handle or feel objects. You will also be required to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment:

The work environment is typically inside, but you will occasionally be outside and exposed to various weather conditions. You will also be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, and other hazards. The noise level is usually moderate.
