About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Coborn's Incorporated. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remarkable guest service by offering convenient, specialty products and services not offered by traditional grocery retailers.
  • Support the front-end team by assisting with cashiering, bagging, and running money order machines, electronic payment machines, postal machinery, copies, lottery equipment, and Western Union.
  • Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
  • Conduct cashier accuracy audits and provide low-level troubleshooting and/or inform store management of problem areas.
  • Provide backup services to employees in all areas of responsibility, including bookkeeping, Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and pushing carts.
