Key Responsibilities
  • Retention Calls: Answer all incoming retention calls efficiently and accurately, ensuring that policy holders are satisfied with their coverage and benefits.
  • Policy Holder Issues: Research and resolve policy holder issues in a timely and professional manner, driving resolution to avoid escalation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Referral Opportunities: Identify and maximize referral opportunities, working closely with licensed sales agents to provide additional benefits to policy holders.
  • Data Entry: Enter data and other relevant information into our call center database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Life and Health License: Must have a valid Life and Health License.
  • Call Center Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment is required.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
