Contracting Officer Leader Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracting Officer Leader to lead our team in delivering high-quality acquisition and procurement support services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

About the Role:
  • Provides oversight, direction, and management for a major acquisition support contract.
  • Aligns team to provide a breadth of acquisition and procurement support services to include lifecycle acquisition management support for the procurement of goods and services for a federal agency.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience serving as a warranted Contracting Officer for a Federal Agency and 5 years of experience in leadership positions coordinating work for large, complex programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple teams that are geographically dispersed.
  • Delivers large programs and multiple BPA task orders.
