We are seeking a highly effective Supply Chain Program Manager to lead an organizational-wide inventory management program. This role is critical to help enable AWS's ISCaP team achieve continuity of supply and cost goals.
Key Responsibilities- Create and lead best practices across AWS' semiconductor supply chain in close collaboration with both internal and external cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering or other related quantitative disciplines.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, Finance or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in program managing complex projects and products.
- 1+ years of Financial modeling experience.
- Master's degree Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or related field, or MBA.
- Experience in Financial analysis and vendor contracts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to assume leadership role with cross-functional peers.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
