Key Responsibilities

  • Relay service requirements, meal preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen and management during service hours.
  • Prepare the serving area and dining space for optimal service, ensuring all tables are properly set.
  • Monitor portion sizes, food presentation, and adherence to quality standards, including checking and recording food temperatures.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of dining ware before use.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security, including reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management and completing necessary training.
  • Present a professional appearance and maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
  • Greet and engage with all guests according to company standards, ensuring their satisfaction during meal times.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and guests alike.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
