The role involves managing and overseeing the creation and maintenance of project schedules.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with specialized training or college coursework and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience that enables the individual to effectively fulfill the primary responsibilities of the position.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel functionalities.
- Comprehensive experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- In-depth understanding of construction site operations and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of scheduling control methodologies.
- Familiarity with resource management techniques, including CPM networks, and an understanding of construction processes and systems.
- Ability to develop schedules based on provided documentation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong problem identification and resolution capabilities.
Physical Demands:
- Capability to navigate stairs, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Ability to traverse both flat and uneven surfaces.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, including fire-resistant clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed footwear.
- Capacity to enter confined spaces.
- Ability to walk up to one mile on industrial and construction sites in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working in protective gear that may increase body temperature for short durations.
- Ability to use multi-level stair towers and ladders independently.
- Ability to hear safety alarms while using hearing protection.
- Proficient in sitting at a desk and using a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and communicate effectively.
- Visual acuity to distinguish colors and see clearly.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 15 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
