Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled P6 Scheduler to join our team at ReCon Management Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and tracking schedules, gathering and analyzing information, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain schedules using P6 software.
  • Gather and analyze data to prepare reports and identify trends.
  • Evaluate critical path, manpower, resources, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement schedule controls methodology.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) with additional specialized training or college coursework.
  • At least six (6) years of experience in scheduling or a related field.
  • Advanced MS Excel training and knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Ability to walk on even and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to wear PPE including fire retardant clothing, hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, respirator.
  • Ability to enter confined spaces.
  • Ability to work in protective clothing which may elevate body temperatures by several degrees Fahrenheit for periods of up to 15 minutes without a break.
