About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Brady, a global leader in safety, identification, and compliance solutions.

The ideal candidate is a skilled digital marketer with a deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and various other digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Utilize platforms such as PowerBI, Merchant Center, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics to gather insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Create, launch, and monitor campaigns to ensure alignment with budget and performance targets.
  • Optimize and test product feeds for relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay updated on digital marketing best practices.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about changes in the digital advertising landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms is essential.
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Merchant Center.
  • Able to accurately communicate KPIs to convey insights and accurate understanding of our channel to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
