Position Overview:

Stealth is in search of a dedicated Contractor Quality Control Program Administrator (CQC PA) to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be a full-time, on-site professional or consultant, bringing a minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance (QA) for pavement construction. This position demands a specialist with a strong track record in overseeing QA processes for extensive projects, particularly in the realm of airport paving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enforce quality assurance protocols for pavement construction initiatives.
  • Guarantee adherence to contractual specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Perform site evaluations and supervise construction operations to uphold superior quality benchmarks.
  • Work in partnership with engineers and contractors to identify and resolve quality-related challenges.
  • Compile and assess QA documentation, including reports and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in paving and QA, with a background in projects of comparable size and complexity.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
  • Experience specifically in airport paving projects.
  • National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Civil Engineering Technology Level IV certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
