Sales and Service Development Representative

Rick Hendrick Toyota seeks a dynamic Sales and Service Development Representative to support the company's sales and service goals. Located at 1969 Skibo Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28314, this role is primarily responsible for lead generation activities. This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script and schedule sales or service appointments.
- Additionally, they will log all customer comments into Dealership Management System and schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
- Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers and post them on the appointment board in the Business Development Center.
- Re-schedule no-show customer appointments and follow-up with sales or service departments to determine the outcome of scheduled appointments.
- Maintain and update customer changes in the database and contact current customers about marketing incentives.
- Respond to customer website requests and contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule appointments.
- Notify necessary departments of appointments set and forward customer concerns to the correct department manager.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards and ensures an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participates in required training and follows safety rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates the company's core values and maintains accurate timekeeping records.
- Complies with company policies and procedures and observes all safety rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates should possess a GED or higher and have previous customer service and/or business development experience. Ability to deliver superior customer satisfaction is essential.
Required skills include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Dealership Management System, and additional software programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.
This role requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The position involves continuous contact and interaction with customers and dealership personnel.
