The successful candidate will possess a solid background in Plumbing Residential and H-VAC New Construction (RNC) Installation, along with exceptional leadership skills and a demonstrated history of meeting production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Operations Supervisor for Plumbing and H-VAC, your primary duties will encompass overseeing all plumbing and H-VAC functions within the organization. This includes managing plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgetary limits. You will be tasked with supervising and coordinating plumbing and H-VAC teams, performing quality assessments, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry regulations. Your responsibilities will also involve maintaining client relationships, providing project estimates, addressing issues swiftly, and managing documentation and reporting. Your leadership and technical acumen are vital in delivering effective plumbing solutions while upholding high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in plumbing operations management or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and materials.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with applicable regulations and codes.
- Management experience is preferred.
- Licenses: Electrical/Plumbing Journeyman is preferred.
