  • Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects, booking classes, and providing a remarkable first-time guest experience.
  • Answer member questions, navigate concerns, and maintain brand compliance.
  • Welcome members by name, take accurate class attendance, and create memorable moments through celebrating milestones.
  • Stay informed on studio happenings, promotions, and corporate initiatives.
  • Work independently, take ownership of individual contributions, and assist with maintaining a clean and organized studio.
Requirements
  • 4 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with new technology, smartphones, and computers.
  • Possess a growth mindset, passion for helping others, and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, and manage member questions or concerns.
