Salary and Benefits

Job Description
The Key Account Manager - OEM will be responsible for growing the Aftermarket business through strategic planning, market research, and sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Acquiring new accounts and growing existing business.
  • Working with distributor management to increase Fuchs' presence in the designated sales territory.
  • Collaborating with Product Management to ensure customer awareness of related products and technical requirements.

Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing, as well as a minimum of 3 years of sales experience. Strong decision-making skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to goal-oriented work are essential. Additionally, candidates should be open-minded, diplomatic, team-spirited, and comfortable working with international colleagues. Experience in lubricants and/or automotive industry is a plus. Travel up to 50% throughout the U.S. may be required.
