Role Responsibilities:

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will guide a team of dedicated clinical, medical, and administrative professionals in tackling the opioid crisis within our communities. The CEO is tasked with overseeing, managing, and supporting the organization to ensure efficient daily operations, compliance with state and federal regulations, adherence to ARS policies, and maintaining accreditation standards related to patient care, staffing, facility management, safety, clinical practices, risk management, financial oversight, community relations, and other assigned responsibilities. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of the corporate strategic plan and serve as the primary liaison between the Chief Executive Officer and the Board as well as your team. The CEO will embody the vision and mission of the organization and ensure that all staff align with these principles.

Key Duties:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that empowers both staff and patients.
  • Oversee the management team, including the Director of Nursing, Clinical Supervisor, and Office Manager, conducting monthly performance reviews with each.
  • Build a team of qualified and engaged professionals through effective recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure that all new hires receive a comprehensive orientation to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in their roles. Identify training needs and organize in-person training as required in accordance with ARS training standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to staff regarding their performance regularly, conduct formal annual performance evaluations for all direct reports, and ensure that all staff receive routine feedback and formal annual reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) and progressive discipline as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, or human services (Master's Degree strongly preferred)
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in medication-assisted treatment if the candidate holds a master's degree; a minimum of five (5) years' experience if the candidate holds a bachelor's degree.
  • At least three years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Thorough understanding of Federal and State regulations related to medication-assisted treatment.
