The High Companies are seeking a seasoned Chief Transportation Officer to lead our transportation and fleet management operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job SummaryThe Chief Transportation Officer will oversee all aspects of transportation and fleet management, including logistics, maintenance, and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation operations and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement transportation strategies that align with business objectives
- Lead a team of professionals to manage logistics, maintenance, and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation operations
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in transportation and fleet management, with a focus on logistics, maintenance, and compliance
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful transportation strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaboration and stakeholder management
The High Companies offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
