Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage sales and marketing expertise to expand the customer base
- Manage all facets of the sales process, from prospecting new clients to delivering vehicles
- Showcase and demonstrate available inventory
- Regularly review, update, and manage daily inventory reports
- Maintain accurate sales records and track customer information
- Collaborate with management to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Ensure Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit sales meet dealership standards
- Stay informed about products, market trends, and certifications
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential
Physical Requirements:
- This role requires a medium level of physical activity.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods is necessary.
- Visual acuity for color, depth perception, and field of vision is required for safe vehicle operation.
- Regular activities include reaching, sitting, standing, walking, handling, talking, and hearing.
- Frequent repetitive motions may be involved.
- Occasional activities may include balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Working Conditions:
- This position may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations, outdoor weather, and moderate noise levels.
- Potential physical hazards may include electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment.
- Minor atmospheric conditions may affect skin or respiratory systems, such as fumes, odors, and dust associated with automotive operations.
