Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sleep Consultant to join our team at Mathis Home. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling mattresses to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell mattresses to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and warehouse operations, to ensure customer needs are met
Assist with customer orders and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Participate in sales promotions and events, promoting Mathis Home's products and services

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures
